Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not store your full credit card number or payment details on our servers. Paddle processes payments in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Content Data: We store the applications, components, and content you create using the Service to provide and improve the Service.

All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, monitoring, regular security assessments, and automated backups. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to: (a) access and receive a copy of your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or restrict processing; (e) data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; and (f) withdraw consent at any time. 6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The Service does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, resolving disputes). Backups are purged within 30 days of account deletion.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
