1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zirosol platform ("Service"), operated by Zirosol Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zirosol provides a platform for building production-ready applications from natural language prompts, including database, API, UI, and deployment capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code or content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service; (f) build competing products using the Service; or (g) use automated means to access the Service beyond provided APIs.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content and applications you create using the Service. Zirosol retains all rights to the Service, its features, underlying technology, and platform code. By using the Service, you grant Zirosol a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment provider, Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Taxes are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms without prior notice. You may export your data before termination through the account settings.
8. Disclaimers
We do our best to keep Zirosol reliable and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that everything will always work perfectly. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zirosol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zirosol in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
