Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You retain access to all paid features until the period expires
Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan
Your data and projects are preserved on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limits
You can cancel through your account settings at any time

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Within 14 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to new subscriptions only.
Service outage: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or billed after cancellation, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@zirosol.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank, typically 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. Your new features are available immediately.
Downgrades: When you downgrade, the new lower rate applies at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the current period. You retain access to higher-tier features until the period ends.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the subscription. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal. You retain access to paid features for the remainder of the annual term.
